The Updater: Log book relieves?

As i promised in fb, aku nak briefly explain & share pasal mcm mane nak isi LOG BOOK. memandangkan aku ade hardcopy dr Syam. so aku nak share dgn korang.bende ni agak blur skit if korang x tau.

OK.basically bende yg kene ade:

1. Date & day
2. Project name
3.Scope of work(A,B,C,D,E,F,G and H)
4. Benefit of task

for instance:

1) Measurement(bende ni korang tulis ape kerja MAIN yg korang buat, if korang buat interim payment tulis laa interm payment, if site meeting tulis site meeting, if checking for error in BQ tls la)
-Project name: CADANGAN PEMBINAAN 105 UNIT RUMAH............PETALING JAYA SELANGOR
-Scope of work (D)
-take off complete beam for house type Z1
-the measurement includes:
-1. concrete
-2. formwork
-3. reinforcement
-Benefit of the task
-the task can improve my measurement skill

2) General office work:
-Scope of work(G)
-photocopying
-binding

DONE!!!
